Luna Bronze has an exciting opportunity for you to join our small team at the North Beaches to take end-to-end ownership of the marketing function. In this role, you will have a real opportunity to make it your own and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.
By reporting to the founding partners, you will collaborate with our external agencies and other stakeholders and be responsible for successfully delivering marketing initiatives on a global basis. This role will be split between strategy and execution until you grow your team.


  • Lead the overall paid and organic marketing strategy and management of the marketing industry, including Google ads, social media marketing (organic and paid), SEO, eCommerce website optimization, affiliate marketing, design, email Marketing and content.
  • Learn about digital advertising strategy and execution – scale spend while balancing profitability and increasing online traffic. Manage and monitor the marketing budget, along with providing monthly performance reporting and insight analysis to derive key engagement metrics.
  • Manage and work with our external stakeholders, agents, suppliers and internal team members.
  • End-to-end creative briefing management for all marketing purposes.
  • Manage the marketing calendar by ensuring that all promotions, EDMs, launches, banners and activations are communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Manage teams’ organic social media strategy and execution and stay on industry best practice.


  • Marketing degree
  • At least 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle industries
  • Proven experience with key paid advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest), including revenue scaling through effective management
  • Keyboard experience (campaigns and automations)
  • Experience working with data and analytics to extract insights and monitor and measure performance and ROI
  • Experience in managing a team would be extremely beneficial


  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage our external stakeholder relationships – you will work with our agents, vendors and internal team members.
  • You are extremely self-organized and able to work to deadlines
  • You have an analytical mind that pays attention to data and details
  • You are self-motivated and able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • With a desire to bring out the best from your team members (while still bringing the fun!)
